Course Description:
Accident investigation is the scientific and academic analysis of the facts that occurred during an accident. An investigation is conducted to identify the root cause of an accident to make recommendations or take corrective actions to prevent the future occurrence of the same or a similar event. This course is designed to give an insight about Root Cause Analysis method, its advantages, practice the methodologies and different techniques used for the achieving it.
Course Objectives:
During the course, participants will learn and practice about the process of accident investigation, techniques and tools used for a Root Cause Analysis.
