Course Description:
This course will focus on identifying and reinforcing safe behaviors, and therefore reducing unsafe/at-risk behaviors. Behavior-based safety encourages workers to help each other be safe by calling out at-risk behaviors and encouraging safe behaviors, effectively creating a culture of safety.
